Our products can be viewed in USD and TTD. Just select your preferred currency at the bottom of the menu found at the top left hand of the screen. However, please note that though TTD conversions can be displayed, all our credit card payments are taken in USD.
In order to pay in TTD please select the Bank Transfer or In Store Pickup options at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of order placement. This includes local Trinidad & Tobago orders which have selected the In Store Pickup Option.
When you make an In Store Pickup order, you are choosing to collect your completed order at the Immortelle Beauty Bar in Port of Spain. You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready for collection (usually 2-4 working days after order placement). You can choose to pay in store by cash, LINX or credit card. There is no charge for In Store Pickup.

When you select Local 2 Day Courier Shipping, you are choosing to have your order shipped via TTPost. You will receive TTPost tracking information once your order has been shipped (usually 2-4 working days after order placement). Please note that TTPost usually takes 24-48 hours for delivery but at times there may be delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. 2 Day Courier Shipping costs $5.00 USD or $34.00 TTD.

We ship to all Caribbean countries, the US, Canada, UK and Europe. If you are outside these countries and are interested in making an order please email us at email@example.com
International orders are shipped via DHL. Please allow 2-10 days to receive international orders.
International shipping rates are flat fees based on location:
CARIBBEAN REGION – $6.99 USD
USA/ CANADA – $8.99 USD
REST OF WORLD – $10.99 USD
Once the order has been released for shipping a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

We offer direct credit card payments via Stripe or Paypal. For those wishing to purchase in TTD we offer an Electronic Bank Transfer option or In Store Pickup, where you can pay with cash, credit card or LINX.
Please note that for delivery orders the order must be prepaid in full. We do not accept payment on delivery or shipping.
When you select this option, the website will issue you an invoice with bank transfer instructions via email. When you have successfully completed the transfer you will be required to send proof of confirmation to email@example.com or to (868) 716-8990. At this point, your order will be processed and fulfilled by the fulfilment method you have chosen
Unfortunately, some local credit cards do not work with our online payment processors. If this is the case for you, please select the Electronic Bank Transfer Option instead.

The Inner Circle is Immortelle Beauty’s loyalty programme that rewards customers for their continued support and purchases.
To join the Inner Circle, simply create an account on our website at www.immortellebeauty.com. Once you have an account, you will automatically be enrolled in the program.
As an Inner Circle member, you will be able to redeem points for store credit, early access to special promotions, and special gifts on your birthday.
You can earn points by making purchases on our website. For every 1 USD dollar spent (or 7 TTD), you will earn 7 points. You can also earn points by completing certain actions, such as signing up for the Inner Circle programme, writing reviews, or making your first purchase.
To redeem your points, simply log in to your account and click the My Inner Circle Points tab. From there, you can view your Inner Circle Points Balance and decide how many points you would like to redeem for credit.
100 points is equivalent to $1.00 of USD in store credit. You need to have a minimum of 300 Inner Circle points to redeem. When you select the number of points you would like to redeem you click the “Redeem Inner Circle points as Store Credits button”.
Your store credit will be available at checkout to apply to any of your future orders. You can view all your store credits by clicking the “View store credits” link.
Yes, points expire after 365 days of inactivity. To keep your points active, make sure to make at least one purchase within a year.
Your points can be redeemed for store credit, which can be applied to orders on which you have discounts or other promotions. However, points can only be earned on the monetary value paid for an order.
You can track your points by logging in to your account and going to the My Inner Circle Rewards tab. From there, you can see your point balance and points history.
