The Cocktail Chef Brigette

Makes : 2 cocktails
4 ounces dark spiced rum
8 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces cream of coconut
Pineapple cube, for garnish
Lemon slice, for garnish
Grated nutmeg, for garnish
Glassware of choice
Skewers.

Gather the ingredients. Make your garnishes. Pour the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut into
a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.
Shake well, for about 30 seconds.
Fill your glass of choice with crushed ice and pour shaken cocktail into glass. Garnish with your pineapple wedge and lemon slice skewer and finish with grating freshly cracked nutmeg on top.
